Criona’s 4D model for building change resourcefulness

An Individual-centric Framework of 4 key dimensions that builds capability to move from change resistant to becoming resilient and resourceful during change.

Belief

Change doesn’t start with learning new ways, but with the belief that you can, that you want to, that you know how. Belief that it’s worth the effort for you. Mindsets matter in preparing the foundations for Change Readiness.

Action

If we can’t execute effectively, it’s all just so much ‘blah blah’. With integrated purposes, anchored in robust belief, more people, in more ways, can confidently step into action.  Because nothing builds stronger belief faster than seeing the success of our actions. 

Purposes

People relate to business initiatives through the lens of what matters most to them as individuals or teams. There are multiples purposes at play -  how these differing purposes coexist matters. Individual, team, and business PURPOSES might not always align. Accept this and draw Purposes together, as closely as possible.

Focus

Developing individual focus from survival to growth through change with the combination of belief, action and alignment of purposes.

We are on a mission to help our clients achieve business outcomes that are beyond usual, through digital technology. How? By incorporating Change Readiness into both the buyer side and the seller side of the partnership. 


There is generally a significant gap between the pace of change at which organisations need to move and the pace at which human beings can adapt. It’s in that gap that Change Readiness sits. It is the only thing that will close the gap.


So much of successful business transformation is about people: the leaders and their teams.  It all starts with a vision but that vision is worthless if it can't be delivered, if nobody believes in it or believes it's achievable.  That is why we created the Criona 4D Model for Change.
