With more than 30 years of experience mainly in manufacturing, Alan has led transformation programmes in companies spanning multiple sectors including food & beverage, consumer goods and industrial.
Uniquely, Alan has been a software buyer, a software vendor and an advisor at Gartner and other large management consulting companies. He understands the digital technology life-cycle from 3 perspectives.
Alan is a frequent presenter at international conferences and a regular commentator on transformation and change readiness, manufacturing and supply chain issues, featuring on podcasts, in newspapers and industry publications.
